Suzanne offers group and individual sessions in muscular strength and endurance, balance, cardiovascular fitness, and flexibility in formats ranging from gentle hatha yoga to circuit training. If you’re ready to take ownership of your health, Suzanne can provide the proper tools and motivation to aid in a safe journey toward wellness.
The International Association of Yoga Therapists defines yoga therapy as "the professional application of the principles and practices of yoga to promote health and well-being within a therapeutic relationship that includes personalized assessment, goal setting, lifestyle management, and yoga practices for individuals or small groups." Suzanne's yoga therapy protocol is strategically designed post-physical assessment including joint AROM, client questionnaire and interview. Sessions typically include structural assessment, discussion, strength training by asana practice and calculated isometrics, pranayama, mudras,
meditation and/or relaxation techniques, plus homework.

Suzanne (she/her) is an International Association of Yoga Therapists certified yoga therapist, AFAA certified personal trainer, AFAA certified group exercise instructor, Second Dan black belt, and Yoga Alliance Continuing Education Provider®. Professionally teaching yoga for over twenty-five years, Suzanne’s yoga practice, philosophy, and instruction skills have evolved into her unique, personal, therapeutic approach to wellness. Suzanne is owner and president of Santosa Studio, LLC.
A yoga enthusiast and teacher, David (he/his) is also a full time Field Development Manager for a national energy service company. When home he teaches gentle hatha yoga sessions at the studio with a sense of humor. David is a musician, an avid runner, and a first dan black belt.
Ozzy (he/his) is a resident of Santosa Studio. He assists with many visual lessons at the studio. His favorite asana is savasana.
